Who We Are
The Indian Association for Promotion of Adoption (IAPA) was established in 1970 in Mumbai by a group of professional social workers, lawyers, and adoptive parents with the firm resolve that every child has a right to a family and that adoption is the most effective way to rehabilitate destitute children.
VARADAAN is the Vidarbha Chapter IAPA, Mumbai, established in Nagpur in 1990.
How You Can Help
- Refer prospective adoption couples to us.
- Propagate the idea of adoption in the society.
- Change the attitude towards the adoption and the adopted child so as to remove the stigma of the adoption.
- Contribute to our cause by raising funds and giving donations.
- Sponsor a child :
- Rs 3000/- per month for a baby in the CCU.
- Rs 1000/- per month for a baby in foster care.
- Rs 2000/- per year for educating a needy child.
- You may also contribute in kind items useful for baby.
- You may also contribute for educational material for children.
